A HISTORIC MOMENT FOR THE GLOBAL METHODIST CHURCH ✨

With overwhelming support, the 2026 General Conference has OFFICIALLY ADOPTED the Articles of Faith, affirming our Wesleyan heritage and establishing a shared expression of the faith that unites us in Jesus Christ.

Together, these Articles speak to who we are, what we believe, and the faith we carry forward as one global connection.

May we hold fast to this faith, walk together in the power of the Holy Spirit, and faithfully proclaim Jesus Christ to a world in need of His grace. 🙏🌍

Welcome Rev. Lawler.

We are thrilled and deeply blessed to welcome our newly elected Bishop, Rev. Paul Lawler, to Episcopal Area 7 of the Global Methodist Church.

Rev. Lawler brings a wealth of faithful leadership, pastoral heart, and vision for kingdom mission. As we step into this exciting new chapter together, we invite our entire conference family to join us in prayer for Rev. Lawler and his family as he begins his episcopal leadership.

Update from Panama:

We visited the future gathering spot for our sister GMC church plant. A 94 year old who recently embraced Jesus as his Lord and Savior is making this space available for the church to move. It will require some rehab but is located in a part of the city with great need and opportunity to bear witness to Jesus. Pray for provision and for the Holy Spirit to continue to move!

We anointed the space, prayed with those we encountered in the surrounding area, and worshipped on the street!

Today we return back to the current worship location for worship and prayer ministry. Sunday we will join in both morning and evening worship & healing ministry. We welcome your prayers.

Update from Panama:

We have spent the first half of the week being discipled in prophetic prayer ministry and serving in outreach ministry on the streets both inviting folks to worship later this week and praying with them.

We are also preparing for 4-day worship and prayer ministry at our sister GMC church in David, Panama. This church is one of 6 churches planted within the past 3 years. Imagine The Way helping do the same!

God is on the move! Pray for us as we return to the streets this afternoon and worship tonight!
