Woodstock Missions

This past weekend at our Mission Lab, First Baptist Woodstock welcomed mission partners serving in a closed country in Southeast Asia. As they shared about God's work in a place with limited access to the gospel and difficult circumstances, the church had the privilege of gathering around them in prayer before they return to the field.

It's a powerful reminder that no missionary is meant to serve alone. The church sends, prays, encourages, and stands alongside those taking the hope of Christ to the nations.

We are committed to caring for those who have gone so that every nation might hear the good news of Jesus.

Today was an incredible day at our Global Mission Project Info Meeting.

We heard powerful stories of lives changed, hearts stirred, and the faithfulness of God on display through ordinary people saying “yes” to Jesus. It was encouraging to see so many opportunities to take the gospel to places and people who have little to no access to it.

The need is real. The time is now.

Let’s keep saying yes to Jesus—yes to going, yes to sending, yes to praying—so that the hope of the gospel reaches those who have never heard.
