"Staying Clean in the Pig Pen of Life" was the title of Eddie Litten's sermon, yesterday! It was based on 1 Peter 1:13-16. Thanks Eddie for the reminder to stay healthy and holy! Skyler Sharp provided the children's time, "The Little lantern That Wouldn't Shine". Precious story about being yourself and doing it well! Eddie was also presented with a small gift of appreciation for being our guest! Patty D, Skyler, Emily and Patty S. entertained us with a beautiful version of "Hallelujahs" by Chris Rice.

Thank you, Andrew Miller, for providing the sermon, "Wrestling With God: Letting Go of What We Hold Onto", based on Genesis 32:22-31 and Psalm 17:1-7. We needed the reminder! We also enjoyed Emily Koon and Patty Snarr playing, "Shenandoah" arr. by Alexander. What a treat!!

Thank you, Andrew Miller for the great sermon, "Find Your Path From Within", based on Matthew 28:16-20. This afternoon, the DAR held a ceremony to install an updated Civil War marker for John Ignatius Effinger at the church cemetery. Scott Terndrup made some remarks on John Effinger. It was another great service to honor a American hero.
