Little River Methodist Church was founded in 1830, and was originally located on Little River, about a mile from where it is now. It was moved to its present location around 1854. Since then, many additions and improvements have been made. LRMC is rich with history, and many past generations of present members are buried here in our cemetery. Some Graves in our cemetery date back into the 1800s. I

n recent years, the church expanded to two services with differing worship styles. The 8:30 service is lead with guitar and is a more contemporary style worship. The 11AM service is considered a traditional style of worship. There are music specials with guitar, piano, and small singing groups, and the congregation joins in with traditional hymns. We are a Christian family that stands with arms wide open. Join us on Sunday for worship. The children's ministry "Christ Kids" and youth group meet on Wednesdays 6:30-8:00. Men’s and women’s Bible studies also meet on Wednesdays in various locations.
