This Friday will mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11. In memory of the 2,977 victims we will toll the Woodside United Methodist Church bell once for each of them. Beginning at 8:14 a.m., when the first hijacking began, the bell will toll once every two seconds for the next 1 hour, 39 minutes and 14 seconds. We encourage anyone that is willing, and able, to participate. You just need to show up anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and you need to be able to climb up one flight of stairs to our church balcony level.
