As we step into 2026, New York Seokwang Korean Church joins the NYSKC movement in a call to whole-life worship—not just words, but lives surrendered.

in the 26th year of making. We celebrate this day giving glory to our Lord, Jesus Christ because of Him, we can face tomorrow.
2019 has been a special year, marking the first year of our church’s second chapter and we move forward as God leads us to a straight path to a “city with foundation whose architect and builder is GOD.” (Hebrews 11:10). We thank the Lord our Father with all our hearts that He has not allowed to go astray and remain in His presence. We thank the Lord that we can gather to a place of worship, praise Him, and kneel before His mightiness and call Him Father. How can we take lightly this grace and this love?
We know that is GOD is good, all the time. Therefore, “consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”‭‭James‬ ‭1:2-4‬
We will keep our eyes on the prize that is the Crown of Life, and we shall lack nothing for the Lord is enough. Jesus is our everything.

Nyskc Conference Sabbatical 2019 | Nyskc decided to take a sabbatical this year to renew from within; to rid of the old and unholy. It has been such a revitalizing conference to regain the strength in Christ and to put our hearts on Jesus! Now we move forward in full strength that only the Holy Spirit gives to us. It is always so rewarding when we give our everything for the Kingdom of GOD.
