Hi Brothers and Sisters,

True leadership is action, not just words. According to John C. Maxwell's Law of the Picture, our daily example is the greatest gift we can offer others.
As you watch the video talk, please consider these key principles:

1. Be the Inspiration: People follow what they see.
2. Practice over Preach: Living right is more impactful than teaching it.
3. Self-Growth: We must improve ourselves to uplift those around us.
4. Set the Standard: A leader's best contribution is a good example.
