"These are words for my flock, words to help you to grow in the power of acceptance. To grow in surrender, which will give power to trust, faith and obedience, you must first come to the place of acceptance.
The children of Israel accepted the freedom that was given unto them. They accepted Moses as my chosen leader and they submitted themselves under his mantle of authority. The people had to come to the place where they accepted my call unto them to go into the wilderness.
They answered our call and left Egypt with great joy. You know of their struggles with trust, faith and surrender. Do you accept my call and are you willing to obey my voice?
So many accept my mercy and my atoning blood but they do not accept my Lordship. It was our hope and desire that the wilderness road would have led our people to repentance and surrender.
We gave them the divine law through Moses when he was upon the mountain, law to guide and to govern them as a nation, and law to make them holy in their actions unto us and unto man.
The law was given and the people were asked to accept our law and to accept our Lordship. The people accepted and stated that they would walk in the ways of heaven and that they would obey the law given unto them.
Our law is for all men, but all men must also reach the place of acceptance. Before you can be truly free you must accept our Lordship and commit your heart unto obedience. The freedom of obedience will not come without acceptance which leads to surrender and trust.
Without the power of acceptance there is no covenant between us. We accept your words of obedience as you accept our sure promises. The children of Israel accepted our calling and they accepted our promised destiny.
Their acceptance did not lead them unto the freedom of obedience for they never reached a deep repentance that brought forth lasting change. My people, each of you has been called by name and each of you has a destiny that was placed within.
You must accept my call, you must accept your destiny, you must accept that my love and will is always perfect, and you must accept my Lordship. The “Yes Lord” response is acceptance of my word unto you, and then obeying my word is the action to bring forth the freedom of obedience.
Learn the power of acceptance, surrender all unto me and trust that I am the Good Shepherd that shall lead you unto the land of promise." -Jesus
