What a wonderful morning of worship, study, and fellowship. Please see the announcements below for all of our upcoming activities. And don't forget to be open to the opportunities God places in your life to invite others to be a part of our fellowship. With all the growth our little town is experiencing, there are bound to be people looking for a church home.
Announcements for this week:
The Women's Group will start their fall study on Sunday, September 6 @ 11:00 am after morning worship. Please see Kelly if you would like to participate!
Our Wednesday Night study, Genesis to Revelation kicked off with a wonderful turnout last week! If you have not given our Wednesday Bible Study a try, this is an excellent time to try something new. Or if it has a been a while, this is a great place to jump back in. Each week offers stand-alone lessons and discussions. I really think you would enjoy this time of fellowship and study. For those who want a little extra fellowship, several of us bring our supper to enjoy together before Bible Study at 5:30pm.
We will have a fellowship meal after worship on Sunday, August 30. Please plan to stay for food and fellowship!
The church will provide the main entrees and the drinks. Please plan to bring a side dish or dessert to share. There is a sign-up sheet in the Social Hall.
We are currently collecting Halloween Candy for our Fall Carnival on Saturday, October 24th as well as Halloween on Main on Saturday, October 31st. Also, spread the word! We are collecting gently used children's Halloween costumes for the Fall Carnival as well.
If anyone would like a prayer card to be sent to any of the loved ones we pray for during worship, please email their name and address to Cheryl at [email protected].
