Sermon Topic: Rest ... this is something each and every one of us needs.
We are not designed to be on the go 24/7. Our bodies need rest. But
more importantly, there is a rest each of us can have spiritually. It’s a
ceasing of our works to try to earn salvation and God’s favor. The
Hebrews writer speaks of God’s rest and tells his readers that they can
attain that rest. This rest is salvation. A vital element to attaining this rest
is believing what God says. Have you entered God’s rest?
