ABCRM's Front Range Camping

Front Range Camp is a Christian Youth Camp located in the beautiful mountains of Colorado!

We host three camps in one week: elementary (finished grades 2nd-5th), middle school (finished grades 6th-8th) and high school (finished grades 9th-12th). We are a ministry of the American Baptist Churches of the Rocky Mountains and we strive to make camp a life transforming experience for campers and staff by focusing on growing and strengthening our relationships with God and each other.

💙 Why do our volunteers keep coming back to camp?

We asked middle school volunteer Aimee McCibbin from First Baptist Church Canon City what her favorite part of camp is.

"One of the most amazing things about Front Range Camp is watching God take a group of middle school students who arrive as strangers and turn them into a community.

At the beginning of the week, many campers are shy, nervous, or sticking close to the people they already know. But through worship, games, activities, small groups, and meals together, walls come down and new friendships emerge.

By the end of camp, you can see kids encouraging each other, laughing together, and genuinely caring about one another. It's a powerful reminder of God's hand in bringing people together and helping them grow one step closer to Christ."

🎉 Meet Our High School Camp Pastor! 🎉

We're excited to welcome Pastor Paul Rose III as our High School Camp Pastor for Front Range Camping 2026!

Paul serves as Youth Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Denver and is passionate about helping young people grow in their own relationship with Jesus. A Denver native, Paul is currently pursuing his M.Div. while serving his church, community, and family.

A few fun facts about Pastor Paul:

🍦 Vanilla Ice Cream Topping of Choice: Caramel drizzle with sprinkles

🚗 Favorite Summer Activity: Road trips to Mississippi to visit family and enjoy the scenery along the way.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family: Paul and his wife are raising five children and share their home with a beloved family dog.

When asked what he's looking forward to most this summer, Paul shared:

"Getting to meet new people and helping our youth and young adults to become more familiar with Jesus and relying on Jesus for ourselves and not depending on our parents and grandparents to build that connection. "
