It is with a profound sense of sorrow and a heavy heart that I must share news of a deep loss within our faith community. Our beloved parishioner, Michele Lazor, has returned to the embrace of our Heavenly Father.
On behalf of the entire parish family, I extend our deepest, most heartfelt condolences to her husband, Edward, her cherished children, Meghan and Michael, and to all of her extended family, relatives, and friends. We weep alongside you in this time of immense grief.
Michele was a pillar of devotion at Holy Cross Church. For many years, she poured her heart and soul into our community as a School of Christian Living teacher. She possessed a rare and beautiful gift—not only inspiring countless children with her faithful guidance, but also bringing joy, laughter, and light to our community through her vibrant spirit. Her absence leaves a profound void in our hearts, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As we mourn the loss of a remarkable woman, let us gather in prayer. May the Lord grant Edward, Meghan, Michael, and their loved ones supernatural strength, comfort, and peace during this time of overwhelming sorrow. May she rest in peace. - Fr. Joseph
