Come worship with us this weekend!

As always, we will go verse-by-verse through the Bible, spend time praising and praying, and take time to reflect during communion.

We will pick up where we left off in the book of Acts. If you like to read ahead, go ahead and check out the second half of Chapter 13.

Thatโ€™s a wrap! Our first week of Kids Camp: Fishers of Men was reel-y fun!

Yesterday, we all wore underwater-themed outfits, and we closed out camp by talking about sharing the love of Jesus, just like Jesusโ€™ disciples did.

Kids Camp: Week 1, Day 3! Our big takeaway from yesterday is that Jesus changes us.

Hereโ€™s what we talked about:

When we follow Jesus, weโ€™re ready to listen, weโ€™re willing to change, and we try to obey right away. When we mess up, we ask for forgiveness because we love Jesus. And Jesus gladly forgives us because He loves us.

And here are three follow-up questions you can go over with your kids:

โ€ข What does it mean to ask for forgiveness?
โ€ข Why should we forgive others?
โ€ข What was your favorite part of your day?

Our nonprofit highlight for the month of June is EEM! EEM, short for Eastern European Mission, works diligently to share Godโ€™s Word with the people of Eastern Europe and beyond. They also seek to educate and inspire Godโ€™s servants in their work of sharing Godโ€™s Word.

Our goal for this month is to provide 3,600 Bibles for EEM to give to children. Each Bible costs under $5.00. Donate at the link below.

Our first week of Kids Camp is off to a great start!

This year, our theme is "Fishers of Men," and last night we talked about how Jesus gives us purpose. We learned all about Peter and Andrewโ€”how they were just two regular people, but God used them to tell so many others about Jesus.

"From this manโ€™s descendants, as he promised, God brought to Israel the Savior, Jesus" (Acts 13:23โ€“25).

Lord, when we read of Your promises, we see Your faithfulness. You led Your people out of Egypt, stayed present with them in the wilderness, and brought them to the Promised Land. You sent them judges, prophets, kings, and finally, a Savior. When we look at our lives, help us to see Your faithfulness and provision. Help us to trust You more each day. We love You.
