Hope's Young Adults Exploring Life. Engaging Culture. Empowering Change. A group for those of us at Hope who fall between the high school graduate and early thirties age bracket.

Hope's Young Adults meet regularly on the first and third Monday of every month at 7:30 for a time of fellowship and spiritual study. Stayed tuned for upcoming fellowship events and activities! We will be posting more detailed info on our wall!

It was so exciting to see so many of us make it out to Young Adults last Tuesday! We discussed what it looks and feels like to “make up our own minds” at this very transitional and strange age!🤕 The jump from teenager to adult is steep and abrupt: largely because, someday, you’ll begin to recognize the fallacies and holes in so many of the values you’ve identified with forever!!! It’s so taxing and confusing to sort through those decades-old files that have been in the back of your mind collecting dust for years.😮‍💨 Fortunately, we have a God-inspired, living, breathing Word that faithfully gives us every answer and a firm foundation to stand on as we throw out some of those files and begin to add new ones!

vested full authority to “live life to the fullest” - which leads right to some immature illusion of independence! So how do we stand on our own two feet without being threatened by those with more experience and confidence than us?
