Before you panic, pray. 🙏 Don't let fear take over when something unexpected happens. Your mind might race, you might imagine the worst, and you might start trying to fix everything yourself.

But what if your first response was prayer?

Before the worry, before the overthinking, and before the panic... turn to God.

I don’t know who needs this, but if this week felt like one thing after another, Psalm 46 is for you. Maybe you’re tired, irritated, overwhelmed, trying not to snap at anybody, and just hoping nothing else happens before Friday.

God is still here.

You don’t have to have the right words or have to act like you’re good. You can just come to Him exactly how you are.

Read Psalm 46 today. For real. It might be the reminder you needed.

Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself... it’s recognizing how much you need God. 🙏 When King Jehoshaphat faced a battle he knew he couldn’t win, he didn’t pretend to have all the answers. He prayed, “We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” - 2 Chronicles 20:12

There will be moments when our strength, wisdom, and solutions aren’t enough. In those moments, humility looks like turning our eyes toward the One who is.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Keep your eyes on Jesus. 🙌
