Presbytery of San José raises more than $30,000 for immigrant legal aid

Pride Month begins today, and we believe honesty and authenticity matter.

Drumroll, please! The results are in: Camp Hanover has been named “Best Overnight Camp in Central Virginia” by Virginia Living Magazine. This makes the sixth consecutive year Camp Hanover has received recognition as a Best of Virginia. We are grateful to everyone who voted. Thank you!

On Memorial Day, we take time to remember and reflect upon the sacrifices of those who have given their lives in service to our country. In commemoration of today, the Presbyterian Historical Society is sharing this 1969 photograph snapped by the Religious News Service at the National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia, during a Memorial Day commemoration service. The caption reads, “This scene will be repeated in every U.S. community on May 30, Memorial Day, when the nation pauses to remember its dead.”
