🎒📚 BACK TO SCHOOL PRAYER 🙏

Some of our Impact Students have already started a new school year, and many more are heading back this week! As our students walk into new classrooms, new grades, new schedules, and new opportunities, we want them to know one thing for certain:

You are covered in prayer. 💙

Jesus, we pray over every one of our Impact Students as they begin this school year. Go before them into every classroom, hallway, lunchroom, practice, rehearsal, and activity.

Give them peace when they feel overwhelmed.
Give them courage when they feel nervous.
Give them wisdom when they face difficult choices.
Give them strength when the year gets hard.
Give them kindness toward the people around them.
And give them the boldness to live for You wherever they go.

Protect their hearts and minds. Surround them with the right friendships and influences. Help them remember that their identity isn’t found in a grade, a team, a friend group, a relationship, or what someone else thinks about them. Their identity is found in YOU.

Lord, let our students be a LIGHT in their schools this year. Use them to encourage the lonely, stand up for what is right, love people well, and reflect Jesus everywhere they go.

And above everything else, may this be a year where they don’t just grow academically, socially, or athletically, but where they grow closer to Jesus.

Impact Students, we love you. We’re proud of you. We’re praying for you. And we cannot wait to see what God does through you this school year!

Remember who you are and WHOSE you are. 💙

🎒🐝 HELP THE HORNETS 2026! 🐝🎒

Every year, our Image Church family comes together for Help the Hornets, collecting school supplies to support our friends at Fred Lynn Middle School. And every year, our Impact Students favorite part is getting together to sort and count everything our church donated!

Well… this year they had A LOT to count. 😅

✏️📓🖍️ ALMOST 8,000 PIECES OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES! 🤯🙌

That’s nearly 8,000 individual items that will help make sure students have the supplies they need to start the school year ready to succeed.

A HUGE thank you to our Image Church family for once again showing up and giving generously. What may seem like a simple notebook, pencil, folder, or pack of paper can make a real difference for a student and their family.

And shoutout to our Impact Students for putting in the work to count it all… 8,000 pieces definitely takes a little longer than you think! 😂

We love getting to serve our community and show our friends at Fred Lynn Middle School that Image Church is FOR them! 💙🐝

🙏💙 THIS is the Church. THIS is the NOW Generation.

Today was one of our favorite Sundays of the year at Image Church: Promotion Sunday! 🎉

We celebrated as our iKids moved up into their new classes and officially welcomed our rising 6th graders into Impact Students! But one of the most powerful moments of the morning was seeing our entire church body surround our students and pray over them as they prepare to begin a new school year.

Our church family, iKids teachers and helpers, and Impact adult leaders joined together to pray for this generation. We prayed for their schools, friendships, decisions, teachers, faith, and most importantly, that they would continue to know Jesus and boldly follow Him wherever they go.

There is something powerful about students knowing they aren’t walking into this school year alone. They have families who love them, leaders investing in them, a church standing behind them, and a God who goes before them. 🙌

We don’t just believe these students are the next generation of the Church. They are part of the Church RIGHT NOW.

And we believe God is going to do BIG things through this generation this year! 🔥

Students, your church is praying for you, cheering for you, and believing in you. Now go be the light wherever God has placed you! 💙

🎉🙌 Introducing the 2026 Impact Student Leadership Team! 🙌🎉

Today, we’re excited to officially introduce the students who will be serving and leading Impact Students throughout this year!

These students have committed to growing in their faith, serving their peers, and helping create an environment where every student can encounter Jesus. Leadership isn’t about having a title—it’s about having a servant’s heart, and I couldn’t be more excited for this team.

They will officially step into their leadership roles on Promotion Sunday, August 16, and I can’t wait to see how God uses each of them to impact the lives of other students.

👀 Tomorrow is a big day for Impact Students!

We can’t wait to introduce this year’s Student Leadership Team. These students have prayed, applied, interviewed, and committed to serving their peers and pointing others to Jesus.

Leadership isn’t about having a title…it’s about having a servant’s heart.
