No Lenten service tomorrow evening (March 19) due to the weather. Unfortunately we won't get to examine one of the seven words Jesus spoke from the cross until a later date.

Due to the inclement weather, there will be no services at Grace tomorrow, January 5th. St. Paul’s in Shelton will not be having services either. If you know of anyone that needs to be aware of these closings, please pass it on.

The explosion at the house down the block caused damage to the church (broken windows, glass all over, and damage to downspouts and soffit and what a few other things that appear to be minor damage.) However, none of these things prevent us from having church tomorrow at the regular time. See you here at Grace Lutheran Church.

Today's Ash Wednesday service is at 7:00 pm at St Paul Lutheran Church in Shelton. Soup supper before at 6.

I will be in church tomorrow, Sunday the 14th, at the regular time. Others may join as they feel comfortable getting out, but no one is expected to be present. We will have a shortened order of service. -Pastor Pobanz
