We seek to have our lives transformed by the power of God through Jesus Christ. Self-centered “easy believism” and dead religious legalism have largely failed to effect genuine, lasting transformation in the lives of young people in our generation. We seek to return to the foundational gospel truths that have worked throughout church history in bringing healing and transformation to people for the
glory of God. There is a dominant stream of thought that has permeated the western evangelical church today that focuses on self promotion and personal blessing rather than sacrificial Godly living. “For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” (Rom 14:17)
We believe that the abundant life of righteousness, peace and joy is only found when we deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Christ.
