The oil was never just symbolic. Throughout Scripture, it represented God’s healing presence.

When the shepherd anointed the sheep, the oil didn’t just protect them from future harm. It also helped heal old wounds.

Maybe the pain you’ve been carrying has been shaping your decisions for too long. God’s desire is not just to cover your hurt, but to heal it.

Some of us have carried pain, disappointment, and offense for so long that tension feels normal.

But worship is release. Every lifted hand, every bowed knee, every moment in God’s presence is an opportunity to let go of what has been weighing you down.

The world says hold on to the hurt. Rehearse the offense. Stay angry. But believers choose a different path!

Release the bitterness. Release the unforgiveness. Release the past.

You don’t have to carry what Jesus already paid for. God has too much ahead of you to stay stuck in what happened behind you.

The anointing on your life was never meant to only live inside of you or to happen only on a Sunday.
 God didn’t place His power inside of you so you could simply feel inspired on a Sunday morning. He anointed you with purpose.

There are people waiting on the freedom you carry. People battling fear, addiction, depression, and hopelessness. And through Jesus, we’ve been called to bring light into dark places and liberty to those in bo***ge.

The anointing is not a decoration… it’s a mission. What God placed in you was designed to flow out of you. ✨
