Words of Hope: A Letter Writing Event 💌
Join us for an intergenerational afternoon of connection and encouragement!

⏰ 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM (open house format)
📍 Fellowship Hall FUMCWP

Enjoy a free lunch, then stay to write meaningful letters and cards to Inua youth in Kenya. We will have all the materials and sample letters. Kids are encouraged to come too and draw pictures and write letters to send!

Your words matter more than you know.
A simple note of encouragement can remind a young person they are seen, valued, and loved.

✨ Life Skills in Action at Inua Partners in Hope! ✨

One of the many components of the Inua Training Program is practical Life Skills, which teach our youth foundational habits that support long-term health and independence.

Today, we’re excited to share a special video created for our youth in Naivasha, Kenya, by Dr. Jimmy, a retired dentist and a dedicated USA Inua Board Member… along with his trusty sidekick, Bobo the monkey! 🐒🦷

In this fun and informative tutorial, Dr. Jimmy walks through:
🪥 Proper tooth-brushing techniques
🧵 How to use a floss pick
😁 Why caring for your teeth matters for your overall health

We’re grateful for volunteers who use their unique gifts and expertise to pour into the next generation. This kind of partnership is what makes Inua such a vibrant, hope-filled ministry.

After the Inua Youth watch the videos, they are given toothbrushes and toothpicks to continue their oral care at home.
