Apostle Henry Rubin founded EIMA with a vision to provide a spiritual covering for ministers and ministries which can develop, equip, resource, and empower men and women of God who operate in five-fold ministries, and many other leadership roles. Apostle’s goal for EIMA is that it be a relational fellowship, which provides opportunities for personal and leadership development through impartation, resourcing, mentoring, accountability, and restoration. I believe that one of the greatest needs in the Body of Christ today is for ministerial relationships and networks which provide apostolic covering by spiritual fathers, who impart and mentor a new generation of mighty men and women of God.
