Founder of Life Force Awakening | The Inner U

J. Darnell is a spiritual wellness educator, frequency practitioner, and founder of Life Force Awakening, a faith-based ministry focused on holistic health, spiritual awakening, and restoring the body’s natural life force.

His path began under the guidance of his great-grandmother, Velma Romelia Brooks, whose knowledge of natural healing and spiritual traditions inspired his lifelong study of consciousness, energy, nature, and human well-being.

For more than 30 years, J. Darnell has studied and practiced African herbalism, vibrational wellness, iridology, lymphatic support, energetic detoxification, epigenetics, sound frequency, plant intelligence, nano-minerals, and other integrative approaches. His work bridges ancestral wisdom with modern concepts in biophysics, frequency medicine, and consciousness-based healing.

As the founding president of The Inner U Wholistic Center, he has supported individuals and communities seeking a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual influences on health. His approach, which he calls “Soul Technology,” encourages people to reconnect with their inner wisdom and the body’s natural capacity for balance and renewal.

J. Darnell holds an honorary Naturopathic Doctorate and certifications in iridology, wholistic life coaching, healing-energy practices, and wholistic health ministry. He has presented at wellness events, spiritual gatherings, community organizations, educational institutions, and national programs.
