Breaking Chains International Breaking Chains International, Inc. is a ministry dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ for His use. Our purpose is to reach the lost and advance His Kingdom.

Teresa Kemp is an ordained minister through Victory Bible Institute, graduated with a BA in Psychology from Florida Southern College and a published author. The testimony that the Lord has given Teresa is touching lives throughout the prison system of Florida and is now reaching internationally. For over nineteen years Teresa has shared the wonderful work that the Lord has done in her life and has

a passion for prison ministry! Teresa’s passion is to reach the hurting, addicted, rejected, prisoners, orphans, widows, and the broken hearted. She wants to tell them that Jesus is alive, He loves them, and He is the Answer. Teresa began Breaking Chains International, Inc. for that purpose, to give Jesus to a lost and dying world. As He is on this Earth, so are we. If Jesus has set you free, then you are free indeed.
