Sunshine Health members may qualify for up to $300 toward an eligible group youth enrichment camp! Children must be between the ages of 4–18, enrolled in Sunshine Health Care Management, and have completed their annual wellness exam.

Parents, contact your child’s Sunshine Health Care Manager at 1-866-796-0530 to determine eligibility and receive approval.
