📸 Homecoming Memories: 1970

As we look ahead to our Homecoming Celebration at the end of September, we’re taking a trip down memory lane and sharing some photos from the history of Robinhood Road Baptist Church.

We’re starting with one of our longest-standing ministries—our preschool! This photo from 1970 is a wonderful reminder of the generations of children and families who have been loved, taught, and prayed for through this ministry over the years.

So much has changed since 1970, but one thing remains the same: God has been faithful through every generation. ❤️

Sunday, September 6th, we will be introducing our new Sunday School classes for the upcoming quarter. We will have a time of fellowship with snacks and teacher introductions in the fellowship hall beginning at 9:45 am. The new classes will begin the following Sunday, September 13th. We hope to see you there!

SATURDAY UPDATE: Please note that Pastor Kevin is under the weather and will not be joining us on Sunday, August 30th. Please keep him in your prayers.

We are so grateful for Pastor Kevin Kilbreth and the inspirational messages he has shared with us over the past few months. He has faithfully walked us through the book of Nehemiah, speaking truth to us and challenging us to grow in our faith. This past Sunday, he reminded us to “Always pray and never give up.”

Join us this Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. as Pastor Kevin brings his final scheduled sermon with us. We look forward to worshiping together!

Do you have a teen looking to get plugged into a vibrant, faith-filled student ministry? We’d love to have them join our RRBC Student Ministry!

Our students meet Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM for Sunday School and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM for youth group. It’s a great place to build friendships, grow in faith, and get connected!

We’re thankful for a wonderful day in the Lord’s house! We were blessed to welcome a lovely couple as new members into our church family and to welcome our new Minister to Families with a special luncheon.

What a joy to see God growing our church family and bringing us together! We’re excited for all that He has in store for Robinhood Road Baptist Church.

Welcome to RRBC!

Have you noticed a new face around campus this week? We are excited to welcome Gabriel Frazier, our new Minister to Families, to the Robinhood Road Baptist Church family!

When you see Gabriel, his wife Sophia, and their daughter Stevie Joy, be sure to give them a warm Robinhood Road welcome. We are thankful the Lord has brought them to our church family, and we look forward to all He has in store in the days ahead. Please join us in praying for the Frazier family as they begin this new season of ministry with us.

🌟 Last Mission Kids of the Summer! 🌟

Join us on Wednesday, August 5, for our final Mission Kids night of the summer! We’ve had a great time learning, growing, and having fun together, and we’d love to see your kids there for one more exciting evening.

After this week, our Wednesday night children's ministry will take a short break as our leaders prepare for an incredible 2026–2027 Awana year, which kicks off on September 9!

We can't wait to see everyone this Wednesday, and we're already looking forward to another amazing year of Awana this fall!

We kicked off our Appalachian Christmas Outreach Backpack Collection, and we're thankful for the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in a tangible way. We are excited to partner in this ministry! Thank you for being a church that loves, serves, and gives so faithfully. ❤️🎒
