Vernon Forest Baptist Training Center We are committed to providing a Christ-centered, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. In short, we want to “REACH, TEACH and LOVE".

Our mission is to support early childhood development while instilling biblical values and the love of Jesus. Vernon Forest Baptist Training Center is a ministry of Vernon Forest Baptist Church; located in the Wallburg/ Winston Salem community for over 30 years! The mission of VFBTC is to reach families in our community, to teach children to live in a way that honors God, and to love God through e

verything that we say and do. The Training Center offers structured Preschool (K3 & K4) starting at age 3 and potty-trained, Afterschool for Elementary aged children who attend Wallburg, Friendship, and Midway Elementary Schools, and Daycare through the Summertime. Our Preschool Program is 5-days per week and follows ABEKA Christian curriculum. Whether a child is in our Preschool, Afterschool, or Summer care Programs, bible time is part of their daily schedule. In addition, we love singing for the Lord at Vernon Forest so music time is a big part of each program as well! At the forefront of our ministry, we desire every person who is a part of VFBTC to grow in knowledge of and relationship with the Lord. We seek to do this while ministering to the spiritual, educational, physical, social, and emotional needs of the children in our care. It has been a blessing to serve so many wonderful families over the years and even more so to see many children come to know the Lord as their personal Savior!
