Pray and ask God to help you pause and be still. In the midst of life’s busyness, make room for quiet moments with God. Allow yourself to rest, recharge, and listen for God’s presence.

Pray and give thanks for your community of faith.

Though we are made up of many different parts, we are one body in Christ. Give thanks for those who walk alongside you in faith, and look for ways to love, support, and encourage one another.

Our Director of Traditional Music Ministries, Clay Whittington, was recently published in Tactus, the journal of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Western Region.

In his article on clergy-musician partnerships, Clay explores the importance of communication, collaboration, and mutual respect between clergy and church musicians in creating meaningful worship experiences.

Drawing on his experience in sacred music and worship leadership, he discusses how strong partnerships between clergy and musicians can enrich congregational worship and strengthen the broader ministry of the church.

We invite you to read his article!

Yesterday, ladies from Circle 8 gathered in the Fellowship Hall to create vision boards for to share with women in the community to empower them as they face challenges and focus on faith and hope. A beautiful expression of one of the many ways we can care for members of our community by being the hands and feet of Christ.

A beautiful Consecration Sunday filled with the movement of the Holy Spirit! With our TaborKIDS leading us in song, an inspiring message from Rev. Dr. Mark Key, and a delicious church-wide meal prepared by Mrs. Sheri and her team, we celebrated God’s faithfulness and looked ahead with hope. May the Holy Spirit continue to guide us as we grow in faith together!
