Last night was one of those simple evenings that reminds us why church family matters so much.
As people started arriving, conversations began before everyone even grabbed a plate. Inside, tables were filled with good food and even better company.
Outside, pickleball brought out some unexpected competition, corn hole became serious business for a few rounds, and others simply enjoyed the warm evening catching up with friends. Kids played, adults laughed, and everywhere you looked there were conversations happening between people who have shared years together and others who are just beginning to find their place here. No big production. No fancy agenda. Just food, fellowship, fun, and time spent together. Thank you to everyone who came, helped, cooked, played, cleaned up, and made the evening special. These moments may seem small but they are the moments that strengthen friendships and build community. Summer is off to a great start at Peace Haven Baptist.
