We pray for the repose of the faithful departed every day at mass. Beginning today, we are also praying for the faithful departed of our congregation on their years' mind at Morning Prayer. A book with the names of parish's faithful departed is open on the day of their death in the sanctuary of the Googe Memorial Chapel.

O God, the giver of pardon and lover of man's salvation: we beseech thee of thy mercy to grant; that the brethren, kinsfolk, and benefactors of our congregation who have passed out of this world, may at the intercession of blessed Mary ever Virgin and of all thy Saints attain unto the fellowship of eternal blessedness.

Rest eternal grant unto them O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.
