Trinity Moravian Church is a community of followers of Christ in the Moravian tradition who have been ministering in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Winston-Salem, NC for 100 years. We are part of the ancient tradition of the Moravian Church, tracing our history back nearly six hundred years; we celebrate the great traditions of the church while creating new worship forms and music today. People who

choose to become Moravians are folks just like you, people who want to grow in faith, love, and hope, following Jesus by serving the world.

Don’t forget about the reenactment at St. Philips Moravian tonight! It will be live-streamed if you can’t make it in person. The live stream will appear on the Salem Congregation page:

Salem Congregation and Saint Philips Moravian Church invite everyone to attend the WORSHIP IN CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM at 7:00 PM on Friday June 19th.

Members of the 10th Ohio US Cavalry will reenact the May 21, 1865 event held at the church where 200 people inside and 600 on the front lawn were told they were free from slavery.

In Honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, this reenactment is being done as our gift to the community. Please come join us! Come early as seating is limited for this event.
