Rooted in the community, Whole Man Ministries of NC strives to become the premier agency in the Piedmont Triad to address the human needs of its most vulnerable people. Whole Man Ministries of NC aims to fulfill its mission through its ne

twork of services that address the needs of the most vulnerable, particularly the homeless veterans, the disabled and those living in poverty. Whole Man Ministries of NC is also a community partner with the Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness. The Whole Man Ministries of NC’s networks include: sacerdotal services, a permanent supportive housing program, disability housing program, a grocery assistance program, a clothing assistance program, Health and wellness program, re-entry program, community resource center, community garden and local partnerships. In seeing a vast amount of homeless and disabled veterans through engaging those in poverty, Whole Man Ministries of NC has been compelled to stand in the gap for local veterans. As a result, Whole Man Ministries of NC has been recognized by local citizens, businesses, and dignitaries for its ongoing efforts for local veterans and have placed much concentration on improving the lives of veterans through its programming and development.

This assistance is available for Forsyth County homes that are outside Winston-Salem.

Basic Qualifications:

- Current on property taxes

- Low to moderate household income

- Current on mortgage payments

- Possess an active homeowner’s insurance policy

- Have a qualifying special need
