Sharing the word of God and the love of Jesus Christ! We strive to teach our children about the love of God as seen in the life of Jesus Christ.

The Children's Ministry at Centenary United Methodist Church provides a safe Christian atmosphere for all children and their families. Through our ministry, children learn that they are an important part of sharing the Word of God and the love of Jesus Christ with all people. There are so many wonderful opportunities for your child at Centenary. We offer Sunday school, children's worship, Bible st

udy, Vacation Bible School, music programs, mission and community enrichment opportunities as well as special seasonal ministries.

This morning, our older elementary mission team rolled up their sleeves and made a real difference—packing diapers for the North Carolina Diaper Bank! 💙 Every bundle helps families facing tough choices between essentials like food and diapers. We’re grateful to host the Diaper Bank in our Fifth Street parking lot every other Thursday, supporting our neighbors in need. Thank you to our amazing kids for showing what it means to serve with love!

Our Older Elementary Mission team kicked off their three-day local missions week with laughter, games, and a heart ready to serve! Today, they’re bringing joy and compassion to the SECU Family House in Winston-Salem. Let’s cheer them on as they share the love of Christ and make a difference in our community. Pray that their excitement and kindness inspire everyone they meet this week!

You could leave a filled water bowl at a park. You could make or fill a bird feeder. You could make dog biscuits to share. You could donate to the Humane Society.
