It’s okay to not be okay. ❤️🩹
This past Sunday, Pastor Napper took time to have a different kind of conversation with us during our “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” segment.
We spend so much time thinking about our physical health, but our mental and emotional health matters too. Sometimes we carry things quietly, put on a smile, and continue going through life while never acknowledging what’s happening within us.
This conversation was a reminder that we don’t have to pretend everything is okay all the time. It’s okay to acknowledge what you’re feeling. It’s okay to have difficult days. And it’s okay to seek the support you need.
May we continue creating space for honest conversations, healing, encouragement, and grace for one another. ❤️🙏🏾
