Memorial Day Prayer 🇺🇸

Heavenly Father,

Today, we pause with grateful hearts to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this nation. We honor their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting the freedoms we enjoy each day.

Lord, comfort the families who carry the weight of loss and the memories of loved ones who never returned home. Surround them with Your peace, strength, and everlasting love.

We pray for our service members, veterans, first responders, and all who continue to serve with honor. Cover them with protection and guide them with wisdom.

Father, help us never to take freedom for granted. Teach us to walk in unity, compassion, and gratitude toward one another. May this Memorial Day be more than a celebration, but a sacred moment of remembrance and reflection.

Let peace rise in our communities, healing in our nation, and hope in every heart.

In Jesus’ name we pray,

Mother’s Day was such a wonderful celebration at Ebenezer AME Church! 🌸💐

We thank every person who participated and helped make this event so special. Our children delivered beautiful Mother’s Day speeches, and the sermon reminded every woman in the room of one powerful truth: You are enough. 💛

After service, our mothers received gifts as we fellowshipped together and enjoyed the men serving and honoring the women of our church family. It was truly a day filled with love, appreciation, and joy.
