What a WEEK at Alter! 🙌🏼

This week we’ve:
✨ Made registration LIVE for our 11th Annual Alter Women’s Conference
✨ Opened the doors to Alter Kids Academy
✨ And now…Alter Active enrollment is OPEN!🎉

We are so excited to officially launch this new outreach of Alter Ministries! Alter Active was created to give kids a place to train the body and shape the heart— through gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, and fitness!

Registration is LIVE!

We feel incredibly blessed to have reached this moment. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged us, prayed for us, cheered us on, and believed in this vision and mission. Now it’s time to get those kids registered!

A couple of things to note:

When you register, you will be required to put a card on file, but it will only be charged for your family membership fee today. Because classes do not begin until October, all tuition will be charged on September 25th.

Save $20 on the Annual Family Membership Fee when you register today!! ($50 normal rate) At the bottom of the Family Information section, you will see a box that says “Promo Code”. Type ALTER20 to receive the discount.

Any class labeled “Intermediate” is invitation only. These classes are considered advanced with skill level requirements to register. A skill evaluation will be required before enrolling in these classes.

🚨 ALTER ACTIVE IS GETTING READY TO LAUNCH!🚨

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new fitness outreach for kids through Alter Active! 💪🏼

Kids can choose from:
🤸‍♀️ Gymnastics + Tumbling
🥷 Ninja
🏃‍♀️ Fitness

Open to boys and girls, these classes are designed to build strength, confidence, discipline, and healthy habits — while shaping more than just the body.

Want to try us out? Get with Ms. Stephanie to schedule a FREE class and see what Alter Active is all about! Then get enrolled and be part of the launch of this exciting new outreach. More details below!

START SPREADING THE NEWS!!! Alter Active registration begins Saturday, September 5th. Our class schedule will be available to view tomorrow. Parents will be able to log into our online registration program and create an account through our parent portal on Saturday. Classes will begin October 5th. 🙏

🎤 Here is the part of Hannah's story that changes everything. She left different before anything changed.
Peninnah was still there. Hannah was still not pregnant. Her circumstances had not shifted at all. But she had.
"She went on her way and ate something, and her face was no longer downcast." - 1 Samuel 1:18
The answer had not arrived, but the encounter had. And that encounter changed everything🎤

🙌🏼Bailey will lead us in worship, I’ll be bringing a specific Word I believe the Lord has given me for this session, and then we’ll make space to seek the Lord together in prayer.🙌🏼

Good stuff just keeps coming, always so humbled by the Lord's kindness and provision. Such a blessing to give back all He continues to bless Alter with. We'd love for your kids to be a recipient of all He's doing with Alter Active. Let them come play on Sept. 5th and check it out!

Introducing Alter Active

I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, and I believe it matters far beyond what we see in the mirror.

Physical health. Spiritual health. Emotional health. I believe all of it matters.

With childhood obesity affecting about 1 in 5 children and adolescents in the United States, I believe we have an opportunity to help our kids develop healthy habits, a love for being active, and a healthy relationship with their bodies from an early age.

That’s why I’m so excited about Alter Active.

And for me, this is about much more than being skinny or losing weight. It’s about helping our kids discover what it means to live a healthy lifestyle.

When we are well, when we are fit, when we are healthy, we can do more Kingdom work.

Whether it’s gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, or our fitness course, it makes no difference to me. As long as we’re moving toward health, strength, confidence, and a lifestyle that honors what God has given us.

I’m thrilled to be launching this program through Alter Ministries, with Stephanie Mees at the helm. I can’t wait to see the impact she and her team will have on these kids.
