Winnetka Congregational Church

Winnetka Congregational Church It is a place where you will find a group of diverse people attempting to learn together and grow in a faith that follows the way of Jesus Christ.

A House of Worship for All People

Our purpose is to change lives by following the teaching and life of Jesus Christ with peace and courage; and to weave the grace of God into the fabric of our relationships and the world. We are a place where people from a rich variety of faith traditions, creeds, and religions have found common ground and share with one another a supportive community working to

make a difference in the world. You will also discover at Winnetka Congregational Church that we have a very high priority on engaging worship, transforming outreach, and the development and growth of our children and youth. If this is the type of fellowship you have been looking for, we invite you to join us. We have a place for you and your family. We invite you to spend time with us. Get to know us, explore our ministries with our children and youth, fellowship with us, join in doing one of our many outreach projects, and especially be with us in worship. Welcome to the vibrant community that is Winnetka Congregational Church.

The countdown begins as we look forward to a very special season in our church.

Getting Rooted is our theme for the season, and what better way to begin than by coming back together?
Join us on Sunday, September 13 at 10:00 a.m. for worship, celebration, ministry, family time, food, and fellowship as we reconnect and reroot ourselves in the community we share.
Whether your roots at WCC run generations deep, you're just beginning to put them down, or you're simply curious about who we are, there's a place for you here.
Come worship. Come celebrate. Come eat. Come reconnect.
Most importantly, come as you are and get rooted with us.

Our new phone system is here!

Thanks to a very generous donor, WCC now has a state-of-the-art phone system—and your calls will never go unanswered again! Well... at least your questions won't go unanswered!

When you call WCC between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, you'll most likely reach one of us in person. Outside of those hours, you may have the pleasure of meeting our new voice assistant, "Hope". (We thought WCC's virtual helper deserved a good church name!)

"Hope" can guide you to individual staff voicemail and answer many of your questions about worship services, Rummage, upcoming events, and more.

We're so excited to bring this new and improved service to WCC and make it easier to connect with us—whether we're sitting at our desks or not.

Give us a call anytime.☎️

Church family means belonging. It means being welcomed just as you are and encouraged to become who God created you to be. It means extending grace when we fall short, offering forgiveness when it’s difficult, and remembering that we are stronger together than we are alone.

Family is not simply who shares our name. Sometimes, family is who shares our table, our prayers, our burdens, and our joy.

That is the gift of a church family, a community that reflects God’s love in action, reminding us that none of us has to walk this journey alone.

Cheers to 2026 Family Camp and those who made it happen!
