Come to church Sunday: find out God's plan for your life.

You had a purpose before anyone had an opinion.

David’s story reminds us of this truth.

Before he faced Goliath, before he became king, before Israel celebrated him, David was simply a shepherd. He wasn’t overlooked by God, only by people. While others saw the youngest son who didn’t seem important enough to be called in from the fields, God saw a heart that was fully His.

God’s purpose for David didn’t begin when Samuel anointed him, nor when the nation recognized him. It was already there. The anointing revealed it. Time refined it.

Maybe you feel unseen. Maybe your gifts go unnoticed or your season feels ordinary. Don’t mistake being hidden for being forgotten. God often prepares His people in private before He uses them in public.

The opinions of people can change overnight, but the purpose of God doesn’t.

Walk faithfully where He has you today. The same God who called David in the pasture still calls ordinary people to extraordinary purposes.

Trust His timing. He knows exactly where to find you. 🤍🙏🏻
