This Sunday, we will celebrate the transition of Pastor Christopher Lewis from Interim Pastor to Senior Pastor in the 11am Worship Service! Hope you can plan to join us as we celebrate a new beginning with our 38th pastor.

Dover First Baptist Church has voted for our interim pastor, Christopher Lewis to become the permanent full-time pastor of our church! The Lewis family came to us from Delray Beach, FL in January of this year, where Pastor Chris previously served as an Assistant Pastor. They are eager to be officially joining the Dover First Baptist family, and are very thankful to be able to serve the church in this role. Please pray for Pastor Chris and his family as they step into this new role - for the ministry to bear spiritual fruit, for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, and for all things done to be pleasing to God.

The Installation Service for Pastor Chris will be during the 11 AM service on Sunday, August 23rd. We encourage you to join us as we collectively pray for Pastor Chris and the beginning of his ministry as full time Senior Pastor of our church.
