House of Pearls sure does appreciate all the support we get from family and friends. We love you all and we pray you will stay well. Because we love our Pearls, we are cancelling ALL visitors and volunteers until further notice. We are dedicated to serving our Pearls in many many ways, most importantly in Spiritual ways. One of the duties as their leaders, is to look after their well being, physical, mental, and as I said, spiritually.
Until this scare of the Coronovirus has lifted, we are canceling all visitations, all volunteers as well. Please contact our Director, Delois Carpenter with any questions. We would like for those who provide Bible Studies to still be able to have their time with the ladies, so if you can, please consider conducting your usual studies with them via phone/facetime, or simply through audio.

Again please, if you have any questions please contact us @ 704-324-0028. Directors, Delois or Dana will be glad to assist you or answer any questions you may have. This will more than likely also affect the next visitation on 3/29/2020. Stay tuned for more information or change in plans.

Happy New Year Ladies!!

We get to kick off the new year right away in our ministry! We are meeting this coming Monday, the 6th, at 7pm in the old fellowship hall. Light refreshments will be served so come with an appetite :) We will be signing up for our visits to our sweet shut-in seniors as well as planning our Night of Sweet Joy banquet in March. Please plan to join us and be a part of a special group of ladies gathered to serve. ALL are welcome…young to not as young!! If you have any questions please contact Becky Brazell.

Happy Wednesday ladies!!

Just 2 things…

1. The deadline for your deposit for the Ladies’ Prayer Advance trip (March 19-21) is THIS SUNDAY. A $100 deposit is due to hold your spot. Please see Becky Brazell.

2. We need some ladies to go see the women at the House of Pearls on the 3rd Friday of every month. We do not have anyone signed up starting in December and into the new year. We need 2-4 women to take a meal and spend the evening with the Pearls. Usually from 6:30-8:30pm. We usually play a board game and they love that. They have also planted flowers, crafted, etc. Prayer with them is always a special time. If you’d like to take one of the upcoming 3rd Fridays…please let me know. Gather a couple of your friends and take the evening. Here are the upcoming dates…I would love to get them spoken for. THANK YOU for loving on the Pearls. They need interaction and fellowship and encouragement from women like YOU.

Hello Midway ladies!!

Here are a few important reminders for some upcoming dates:

1. Monday, October 7th, we will be visiting the residents at Elizabethan Gardens in Monroe. If you’d like to ride the bus, meet at the church at 6pm. If you are driving there, then meet us there at 6:30pm. The address is 1812 New Town Rd. Monroe.

2. We are going to the Ladies Prayer Advance in Virginia on March 19-21, 2020. If you’d like to attend, a $100 deposit is due by October 28th. Please see Becky Brazell.

3. Please see the attached photos with our annual Save the Date info. This is a glance at our year of ministry ahead through August 2020.
