Dinner Theater & Art Exhibit
Winfield Correctional Facility
6:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2022
Tickets: $25 each

The Winfield Correctional Facility Christian men will present a dinner theater at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the Winfield Correctional Facility Auditorium. The cost is $25 per ticket. Money raised from the sale of tickets will go toward building the Winfield Spiritual Life Center 501(c)3.

Fixed is a play written by one of the residents of Winfield Correctional Facility, and will be performed solely by residents.
We will be serving a three course meal for dinner. The first course will be breadsticks and Caesar salad. There will be a choice of Chicken Alfredo or Chicken Marinara with sides of asparagus and corn for the entrée. Dessert will be cheesecake. Coffee, water, lemonade, and grape juice will be served for refreshments.

Prior to the show, there will also be an exhibition of art created by various artists who are residents at WCF. Later in the evening, some of this artwork will be auctioned off and the money raised will be donated to the Winfield Spiritual Life Center as part of their
fundraising efforts. These pieces of art will be on display from November 15 until December 10 at Gallery 1001 located at 1001 Main Street, Winfield, KS. Make sure to stop by Gallery
1001 to see the creativity of the WCF residents as well as other local artists!

This is WCF’s first showcasing of the WCF artistic community. Please come out and enjoy this event with us and help raise money to build a Spiritual Life Center at Winfield Correctional Facility. It is our goal to provide a positive outlet for the creativity of the artist
residents at WCF and provide an opportunity for residents to serve the local community as our Lord has instructed us to serve one another. We hope our efforts will produce an
uplifting and enjoyable evening for all the guests in attendance.

All guests must be at least 18 and have photo ID to attend.

The Winfield Spiritual Life Center is a private, not-for-profit entity that is separate from the Kansas Department of Corrections.
The Winfield SLC Board oversees the fundraising and construction of the Winfield SLC. We are at a crucial stage in fundraising and establishing the Winfield Spiritual Life Center. We can estimate $200.00 per sq ft for construction costs-$2 million to complete the construction of the Winfield Spiritual Life Center building. Initially, we have set the financial goal of $200,000.00 to begin construction. This goal must be supported financially through private donors, businesses, ministries, and churches. The Winfield SLC does not get any funding from the Kansas Department of Corrections. A fund has been established through the Legacy Regional Community Foundation. Please give to:

The Winfield Spiritual Life Center is a freestanding Spiritual Life Center (SLC) with approximately 10,000 square feet of floor space. The design incorporates a 200-seat sanctuary with an audio/visual suite, an office space for the Chaplain, four classrooms, a multipurpose area with seating for dining, a complete kitchen for event hosting, and a religious resource room with a selection of books, CD’s, DVDs, and other resources the residents may utilize.
