We are a Non-denominational Church and meet at 8:30 and 10:15AM on Sundays! The Calvary Chapel Church has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit.

HOORAY! Labor Day weekend is finally here! So, what's on the agenda? A backyard barbecue? A trip to the beach? Time with family? Maybe just an extra cup of coffee and a slower morning? ☀️

We can't wait to celebrate baptisms on Monday!! One of the greatest joys in the life of the church is watching people take their next step in following Jesus! On Labor Day, five people will be baptized as a public testimony of what Christ has done in their lives! 🙌🏼

Come join us as we celebrate with them, spend time together, and thank the Lord for His faithfulness!! 💙🎉

Faith isn't believing something because you want it to be true. Faith rests in someone who has shown Himself to be true. The book of Hebrews keeps bringing us back to Jesus. The more clearly we see who He is, the more confidence we have in Him. Our faith isn't floating out there without a foundation. It's anchored in the person of Christ!

If your faith feels weak today, spend time getting to know Jesus. Strong faith grows out of knowing the One who is always faithful. Amen? 🙏🏼

The future of the Church isn't something we're waiting for. It's already in the room! Every Sunday, we have the privilege of investing in the next generation by teaching them God's Word and pointing them to Jesus. We don't know how God will use each of these children, but we pray they would grow to know Him, trust Him, and faithfully follow Him throughout their lives. 💙

Please join us in praying for the children of our church as they continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ. 🙏🏼

🥺 Have you ever wondered if your prayers for your children or grandchildren are making a difference? 🙏🏽

If you're a parent or grandparent, you know that some prayers never leave your heart. You pray for your children to walk with the Lord, for your grandchildren to know His truth, and for God to protect them in a world that often pulls them in the opposite direction. There are days when you rejoice over answered prayers, and there are days when you quietly wonder if you did enough or if the one child who's walked away will ever come back to the Lord.

Scripture reminds us that God is always at work, even when we cannot see it. Think of Monica, who faithfully prayed for her son Augustine for years before he came to faith, or the father in Luke 15 who never stopped hoping for his prodigal son to return. Our prayers are never ignored by the Lord, even when His timing is different from our own. 💙

If this is the burden you're carrying today, don't lose heart. The God who hears your prayers is faithful, and He is able to do what we never could.

Why doesn't God stop all evil? We see evil, injustice, and suffering, and we ask why He doesn't bring it all to an end. The Bible reminds us that God's patience has a purpose. Every day is another opportunity for someone to hear the gospel, turn to Christ, and receive the grace He freely offers.

If you're a follower of Jesus, you're part of that story. The Lord has been patient with each of us, and He's called us to share the hope we've found with others while there is still time.

Who first shared the gospel with you? Take a moment to thank God for them, and pray for an opportunity to share that same hope with someone else this week!

There are days when we feel the weight of our failures more than the freedom of God's grace. The good news of the gospel is that Jesus doesn't save halfway. He saves completely. 🙌🏼

Because of His finished work, we can rest in the assurance that our hope is found in Him, not in ourselves. Thank you, Jesus!
