Hey folks, let's come together as a local community of believers and celebrate the Lord in praise. This event is rain-proof, so don't worry about that forecast of a Nor'easter. If weather permits, though, outdoor games for kids like rockwall and bounce house will be available, but if the storm should come--hey, we are already for inside worship, too. Come to here plenty of music that exalts the Lord! A number of local pastors will bless us with short insights or testimonies of praise! Bubba & Franks will be here to grease our pipes while we sing glory to His name.
Sat. Oct. 11 from noon until 4:00PM, come and go or stay as your schedules allow!

Join us as we continue to study Paul's letter to the Colossians. Just as the Colossian church faced philosophies, spiritual ideas, and misguided "conventional wisdom" that threatened to diminish or dilute their understanding of Christ's importance, we also navigate a present-day world saturated with diverse ideologies, some of which contradict the truth about Christ and what he taught as "TRUTH". Colossians offers a robust defense of Christ's supremacy, affirming His God-given superiority over other philosophies. It reminds us that true wisdom and knowledge are found in Christ whom the apostle Paul said: "... are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." See you Sunday!

Join us for our newest study as we "walk through the Bible". It's Paul's letter to the Colossians. Paul was deeply distressed about reports coming from the church in Colossae concerning false teaching regarding Jesus Christ. He wrote a letter that we now call the book of Colossians to "fix it". Some were diminishing the importance and even diety of Christ. They were also mixing "other stuff" into the Gospel message... like Jewish legalism, Greek philosophy, and mysticism, even including the worship of angels. When you do that, the Gospel is no longer clear and people are hindered in understanding the simplicity of God's message of salvation. Paul "uncomplicates" all that by declaring the roots of what our Christian message is: The supremacy and sufficiency of what Christ did for us at the Cross! Come and listen in...and worship with us!
