I just received this video from Ghana regarding the recently completed Church Planters Training Academy. I was unable to attend the graduation ceremony for the first time in almost ten years. This video was put together by them and I'm so very proud of the job they've done this year without a lot of assistance from the us. This should be a template for our other overseas academies.

This is the first year that the host country - Ghana - is taking over the teaching at our Church Planters Academy. Nick and I spent the first week - and he the second week - having our replacements shadow us. In these pictures I've included some taken by Kofi (after I left Ghana) of my two replacements: Dominic and Daniel. We provide the curriculum on PowerPoints so it can literally be plug and play taught. There are four, two-hour classes each day with a break for lunch.
