New Life Fellowship (Baltimore)

New Life Fellowship (Baltimore) Seeing, In Jesus, Our Humanity Participating Fully in the Love and Life of God-Father-Son Holy-Spirit Our in-person services are at 10:30 a.m.

on Sunday mornings. Our Livestreaming Service begins at 11am. In short, we believe:

1. God, Who is Father-Son-and-Holy Spirit, is Love; and God Loves You.

2. The Father made Plans to Include Human Beings (You!) in his Love and Life Forever, through Jesus, and in the Holy Spirit.

3. The Son, Jesus, Accomplished the Father's Plan 2000 years ago, and IN HIM and His Humanity our human nature (Us!)

is Forgiven and Included in His Relationship with His Father.

4. The Holy Spirit invites us Human beings (You!) to Believe this Good News, personally and individually; and in Believing, to Receive, Enjoy, and Freely Share this News with Others as the Adopted Child the Father Always Wanted! "Welcome to New Life Fellowship! We're part of a bigger family called Grace Communion International. Here's the heart of our message: In Jesus, we're all embraced by God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, included in His Love and Life. Dive into Ephesians 1:3-13 to get a fuller picture. Every week, we passionately share that through Jesus, the Father views us all as beloved children. Think about it: Jesus, being both divine and human, bridges the gap for all of us, drawing us closer to God. Despite your sin, He stands in for you and me, representing us and substituting for us as a glorified human being! At New Life Fellowship, we're certain of one thing: Every single person, including YOU, is already connected and reconciled to God thanks to Jesus. Need textual backup? Check out 2 Cor 5:16-21. This means God not only loves you, but also genuinely likes you and wants you to realize and embrace your place in His big family. And believe it or not, He puts us first—even above Himself! The real question here is: Are you ready to embrace that relationship? Do you recognize Jesus as the defining truth of your existence? And remember, anytime you're ready to connect deeper with God, He's always working to make that connection stronger. We come together to explore, engage, and revel in this beautiful narrative of our relationship with the Father-Son-Holy-Spirit-God. And here's the best part: Our community thrives in diversity. Young, mature, from multifaceted backgrounds—some prefer a dressy style, while others are all about the casual vibe. So, whatever your groove, bring the authentic you. Stop by, because there's a space for you here! Jesus is keen to connect with you wherever you are, and to take you on an incredible journey of transformation and growth in Him!"

Summary:
What if Jesus is doing far more than you can presently see?
Even when Christ seems hidden from sight, He has not stepped away from His Church. The risen Lord continues His ministry through the Holy Spirit, guiding, sustaining, and advancing His purposes in ways that often surprise us.
In this Christ-centered and Gospel-rich message, Pastor Timothy Brassell continues exploring Acts 12 and invites us to rethink what we expect from Jesus in the midst of uncertainty, suffering, prayer, and opposition.

Through the powerful events of Acts 12, we are reminded that Jesus remains Lord over history, faithful to His people, and actively at work in the world. As His Kingdom advances and His Word continues to grow, we are invited to place our trust not in what we can see, but in the living Christ who continues His ministry today.

Reflective Moment:
Where might Jesus be at work in your life right now in ways you cannot yet see? Acts 12 reminds us that the risen Lord is still reigning, still present, and still accomplishing His purposes. How might your perspective change if you trusted His ongoing ministry more than your immediate circumstances?

Our salvation is graciously given by the Three-in-One God revealed to us throughout the entire story of Scripture. As followers of Jesus Christ, we have entrusted our lives to him. In doing so we received his very Spirit, who testifies with our spirit that we are indeed God’s children in Christ. How do our lives show others the family resemblance between us and our heavenly Father? At the start of Ordinary Time, take some time to reflect. Simply sit, reflect, and receive the amazing love of the Father, grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and presence of the Holy Spirit. Ask our triune God to lead you to people who also need to witness God’s amazing love for them.

God's Promises Sustain His People!
📖 Daniel 7:1–14
In this encouraging and Gospel-rich message, Pastor Tony Marra explores Daniel's vision of earthly kingdoms rising and falling and contrasts them with the everlasting Kingdom of Jesus Christ, a Kingdom that cannot be shaken and a King whose reign will never end.
While the powers of this world are temporary, God's promises remain sure because Jesus reigns forever. This message reminds us that our hope is not found in human governments, circumstances, or the uncertainties of life, but in the faithfulness of God revealed in Jesus Christ.

As theologian James B. Torrance wrote: "Christian worship is the gift of participating through the Spirit in the incarnate Son's communion with the Father."

Because of Jesus Christ, humanity has been brought near to God and invited to share in the life and love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

🔹 Reflective Moment
Where have you been placing your hope lately? When the world feels uncertain, remember that God's promises are greater than your circumstances, and Christ's Kingdom will never pass away.
▶️ Watch this encouraging message and be reminded that the God who rules over history is faithfully working His purposes for humanity through Jesus Christ.

Summary:
On Trinity Sunday, Pastor Timothy Brassell delivers a powerful, Gospel-centered message reminding us that Jesus Christ has not stepped away from His Church. He continues His ministry today through the Holy Spirit. Drawing from Acts 12 and Luke 1, Pastor Tim proclaims the good news that the risen and ascended Lord remains actively at work, leading His people, advancing His Gospel, and reigning over every circumstance. Through the stories of James, Peter, and Herod, we are invited to see that Christ is still the living Lord of history, faithfully accomplishing His purposes even amid opposition, uncertainty, and suffering. As we worship the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we are encouraged to trust the One who continues to draw humanity into His life and love, knowing that no earthly power can hinder what Jesus is doing, for His Word still spreads and multiplies.

Reflective Moment:
Where do you need to trust Jesus more deeply today?
Acts 12 reminds us that even when circumstances seem uncertain, Christ has not abandoned His Church or His people. The same Jesus who guided His disciples continues to lead by the Holy Spirit today. What would it look like this week to entrust your fears, struggles, and expectations to the living Lord who remains faithful in every season?
Be encouraged: opposition does not mean Christ is absent. Often it is in the midst of difficulty that we discover anew that Jesus is still present, still leading, and still accomplishing His purpose.
▶️ Watch the Full Message
Jesus Christ is still leading His Church.
Even when opposition rises and circumstances seem uncertain, the risen Lord remains active, present, and faithful. Discover what Acts 12 reveals about Jesus' ongoing ministry through the Holy Spirit and why His Word continues to spread and multiply despite every challenge.

To be a Christian is to bear Christ’s name — to have the Spirit of the living God rest on us and live within us. To have the Holy Spirit is to be set apart for a sacred purpose, set apart from the ways of the world. Take heart. Our Christian walk on the narrow road to eternal life may be painful at times. But the One who lives in you is greater and more powerful than anything that may happen to you. Set aside time to be still and then prayer walk in your neighborhood or even near where you work. Ask Holy Spirit for wisdom and strength to embody Christ in these places.

What if freedom isn’t about doing what you want…but being set free for Someone?
In this Christ-centered Pentecost Sunday message, Pastor Timothy Brassell reminds us that the Holy Spirit is not distant or abstract, He is actively drawing us into the life of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit revealed in Jesus Christ.

So often, we’ve known a version of Jesus shaped by fear, performance, or self-effort. But the Spirit is at work to free us from those “alien” frameworks and bring us into something real. Fellowship, communion, and participation in Christ Himself.

As John Calvin writes: “As long as Christ remains outside of us… all that he has suffered and done… remains useless and of no value for us.”
This is why the Holy Spirit has come, not to point to Himself, but to make Jesus known and bring us into His life.
Or as James B. Torrance puts it: “Christian worship is the gift of participating through the Spirit in the incarnate Son’s communion with the Father.”

This is the good news:
God has already acted in Jesus Christ
You are not being asked to perform, you are being invited to participate

Reflective Moment:
Where might you still be relating to Jesus from a place of distance rather than participation?
What would it look like today to simply receive—rather than strive—and trust the Holy Spirit to make Jesus real to you in that place?
Pentecost reminds us: You are not alone. You are not empty. You are being drawn—right now—into the life of God.
Watch the full message and see how the Holy Spirit is setting you free for Jesus Christ.

Summary:
What if Pentecost is not just an event we remember…but the revelation of God drawing near—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—pouring His very life into humanity?

In this powerful Pentecost message, Pastor Melvin McKee leads us into the heart of Acts 2, where the promised gift of the Spirit is not merely power, but the personal presence of God given to His people. From the rushing wind and tongues of fire to Peter’s bold proclamation, we see that Pentecost is the moment where heaven’s life overflows into earth, not as a distant promise, but as a present reality in Jesus Christ.

As Pastor Melvin reminds us, Pentecost is about more than the birth of the church, it is about the life of the Triune God being shared with humanity. The Father sends the Son, the Son accomplishes our salvation, and through the Son, the Father pours out the Holy Spirit. God with us, and now God in us.

Jesus’ invitation in John 7:37–39 echoes through this message: “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.” This is not symbolic language alone, it is the promise that those who come to Christ will receive streams of living water, the Holy Spirit Himself. And this gift is grounded in the very heart of the Gospel: John 3:16 reminds us that the Father’s love is the source of it all, while John 10:10 declares that Jesus has come that we may have life, not partially, but abundantly.

Pentecost reveals that this abundant life is not something we strive to produce, it is something we receive, as the Spirit renews, transforms, and leads us into participation in the life already accomplished for humanity in Jesus Christ.
The same Spirit:
• Renews us (Titus 3:5–6)
• Transforms us from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:17–18)
• Empowers us to witness (Acts 1:8)
And in all of this, the Spirit does not draw attention to Himself, but continually points us to Jesus, revealing Him more fully in our lives.

Reflective Moment:
Where are you thirsty today, not for what fades, but for what truly satisfies your soul?
Jesus still calls: “Come to Me and drink.” Pentecost is not about striving harder, but about coming, receiving, and trusting the Holy Spirit, who is already at work in you, drawing you into the life of Jesus Christ.
What would it look like this week to trust Him more deeply… and make room for His life to flow through you?
As you reflect, be reminded:
You are not alone.
You are not empty.
You are invited to participate by grace in the life already accomplished for humanity in Jesus Christ.
