In a difficult year, we will be raising our collective voice to support justice for our neighbors: immigrant and refugees, LGBTQ+ folks, people with inadequate housing, healthcare, and access to food, and more.

The theme of this year's event is People of Faith Against White Christian Nationalism. Christian Nationalism is a political ideology that asserts that only white, straight, Christian, wealthy men get to make the rules, and the rest of us should keep quiet. As we gather at the Capitol on March 10, we will make sure everyone hears us: Christian Nationalism is NOT Christianity. We will not keep quiet.

Join us for training, singing, sign-making, meetings with legislators, inspiring activists, and community building.

Jim found a bit of history about Andover School and Hays Center School while searching in their basement this weekend. These typed pages were tucked in with a handwritten version and a collection of personal letters from former students and parents.

Andover School was across the road north from the church and a bit west. Hays Center was a couple miles east.

The flea infestation…eeek!
