To our dear friends in Windham and surrounding area,

Thank you for your recent prayers on our behalf. It has been a hard season, but not one without hope. Christ is faithful!

For 182 years, Windham United Methodist as served this village and its people. We gave seen fall and decline around us, and we’ve seen Windham come back. We’ve mourned the loss of loved ones with you and celebrated weddings and births of precious chidren. We’ve seen struggle and we’ve celebrated victories. And we’ve loved.

There is a season for all things. Our season has not ended, but rather, is changed. Many of us still live among you, and you will see us out sharing God’s love in different ways under the coverings of other local churches and ministries, because though our building stands empty, our hearts are full and we are still a called and sent people.

With every death, there comes a resurrection to new life and we are experiencing new life, new hope and new purpose as we move forward. Christ is our all in all!

If we could share one truth with you, it would be this: Jesus Christ is REAL; He is alive; and He is our hope in every age: and He can and will meet every need if anyone simply asks….so come to Him with open hearts and He will fill your lives and satisfy your souls! God bless you and fill you to overflowing!
