God is near to the brokenhearted. And sometimes, God makes His presence known through people.

If you’re going through a hard time, don’t be afraid to reach out. And if you’re doing okay, ask God to put someone on your heart. When He does, send the text. Make the call. Check in.

You never know how God might use you to remind someone they’re not alone.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Most families are building their homes by accident — reacting to the schedule, the culture, and whoever is loudest. This series hands them a blueprint. Over five weeks we walk through five pillars that define what a healthy, Jesus-centered home actually looks like: a home with clarity about what it’s for, where people are fully known and loved, where everyone owns their part, where the family stays standing in the hard seasons, and where the blessing flows outward to the world around them. The goal isn’t a perfect family. It’s a home that’s being built on purpose, with Jesus as the foundation.

Our new Healthy Home series looks at five pillars that help create a home where families are aligned with Jesus at the center.

We made it through the first week! 🙌 And while we’re getting back into routines and finding our rhythm, our students have a lot on their minds, too.

As we kick off our new series, Healthy Home, we’re talking about one of the most important things we can give our kids: a safe place to come home to.

This week, try asking a little more specific question than “How was your day?”

Try:
💬 What was the best part of your day?
💬 What was the hardest part?
💬 Did anything happen today that you want to talk about?

And then…just listen. ❤️
