God is raising up builders (5 fold ministers) in these last days to work as one man, a plurality of eldership who lead his church while establishing the kingdom. So the need has to be reversed in the Prophetic. We must make an adjustment. The need is not for more blessing Prophets but building Prophets. We desperately need Apostolic blueprints and Prophetic strategies. We need builders who will partner with Apostles to lay and or expand the foundation of local churches so they can transform from good local churches (Jerusalem) to resource churches (Antioch)or revival hubs. We must come to the realization that If establishing more local churches would bring the revival and Reformation we have been praying for than we would have seen it manifest 200 years ago. What we need is resource churches that have a full expression of a mature five-fold ministry. It's only then that we'll see the church equipped and pressing forward to maturity to fulfill all that God has called us to do. But because we have churches that are led by pastors alone which oddly enough is never mentioned in the New testament or the first hundred years of the church. We have not had a kingdom mindset but a church mindset and Jesus only spoke about the church once, but he consistently talked about his kingdom. He mentioned the word kingdom 106 times in the gospels . That's where apostolic ministry comes in. Apostolic ministry has vision, insight and the revelation needed to cooperate with other five-fold ministries to see the kingdom come to an area. Let me be clear the only thing that can stop what's written here is pride in all its forms and a failure to nurture and develop strong spiritual relationships and community. This unfortunately is where many ministries find themselves shipwrecked. And because of their failure to abandon an unscriptural, control heavy, one man rule paradigm in favor of a plurality of leaders they will never reach God's intention for their church or their region. We must remain intentionally humble and embrace the cross and embrace the divine tension that comes with the establishment of a true 5 fold leadership.
