Saturday was a good day.

Through a referral made through the community, Texas Ramps Project volunteers were able to help Maria get a new ramp built for her home.

What stood in the way before is now a safer path in and out, and that matters more than most people realize.

This was not just about lumber, screws, and labor.

It was about dignity, access, and reminding someone that they are seen and not forgotten.

While the crew worked, Maria was able to plant her flowers. That alone felt like a picture worth holding onto, help showing up, life moving again, and beauty being planted at the same time.
Grateful for every hand that served, every person who said yes, and every quiet act of care that never makes headlines but changes somebody’s day in a real way.

This is what church family looks like.

Not just words.
Not just intentions.
Hands ready.
Love in motion.
